**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
**O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER**
+ Atender clientes internos e externos, representantes e distribuidores;
+ Acompanhar a carteira de clientes sob sua responsabilidade e fazer gestão ativa do backlog e antecipação de possíveis faturamentos;
+ Acompanhar pendências financeiras junto aos clientes;
+ Acompanhar a criação e cadastro de novos clientes junto ao time de cadastros;
+ Analisar as situações de devoluções, providenciando novo faturamento, se necessário;
+ Coordenar as vendas diretas realizadas com os clientes através do processo de importação e cuidar de todo o processo;
+ Gerar cotações no sistema local de orçamentos para suporte ao time de vendas.
**REQUISITOS**
+ Graduação completa em ADM, Comércio exterior, logística, engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
+ Sólida experiência na função de atendimento ao cliente;
+ Inglês desejável;
+ Pacote Office completo;
+ Prévia experiência com SAP (módulo SD);
+ Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida em São Paulo - SP
