Their main function is to ensure the correct collection, review, and processing of the documentation required for the formalization and disbursement of mortgage loans. Receive, organize, and review mortgage loan application documentation. Enter and update information in the bank's management systems. Coordinate with clients, account managers, and notaries to obtain missing documentation or correct inconsistencies. Verify that the documentation complies with the regulations established by the Financial Market Commission (CMF) and the bank's internal policies. Manage the submission of documents to the notary and monitor the signing of deeds. Coordinate with real estate registrars for mortgage registration. Support disbursement management, ensuring that prerequisites have been correctly met. Monitor processing times and alert about possible delays. Collaborate with sales, risk, legal, and operations departments to ensure efficient processing of mortgage loans. Resolve operational issues under the supervision of the department leader or supervisor. Ensure that all documents and processes comply with current financial sector regulations. Maintain organized and up-to-date records for internal and external audits. Assist in identifying and correcting errors in documentation or loan processing. **Required technical and professional expertise** Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Experience: At least one year in administrative roles within the financial services sector, ideally in the mortgage sector. Technical Knowledge: Mortgage or other credit loan processes. Availability to work on Colombian holidays Skills: Attention to detail and organizational skills. Communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
