Estamos em busca de Analista Administrativo com foco em Folha de Pagamento para se juntar ao nosso time de Recursos Humanos no Rio de Janeiro/RJ - Brasil. Nossa equipe cuida dos processos de folha de pagamento, benefícios e outras atividades de suporte ao colaborador.
Esta vaga é destinada para Pessoas com Deficiência (PCD).

 

Principais responsabilidades:

Apoiar os processos de folha de pagamento Dar suporte às rotinas de departamento pessoal: férias, admissão, rescisão, etc Acompanhar processos de fiscalização e auditoria Auxiliar as ações internas de RH Apoiar na administração de fornecedores  

 

Requisitos:

Ensino superior completo (Administração, Gestão de RH, Contabilidade ou Direito) Experiência anterior em Departamento Pessoal e Folha de Pagamento Conhecimento do Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint e Excel – sendo o conhecimento avançado em Excel um diferencial); Inglês intermediário (desejável) Conhecimento em SAP (desejável) Noções de legislação trabalhista será considerado um diferencial
