Responsabilitati:

Ofera suportul in activitatea zilnica a Reprezentantilor de Vanzari prin Telefon (RVT) si a Reprezentantilor Vanzari Farmacii, (RVF) respectand standardele stabilite de companie

Analizeaza periodic discounturile acordate de producatori si directorii de achizitie, verifica si  face corectia discounturilor, astfel incat valorile sa fie decontate corect

Solicita, catre producatori, mailuri de reconfirmare a discounturilor sustinute de catre acestia, pentru reatasarea mailurilor corecte la deal in platforma Back-Office (BO)

Tine legatura zilnic cu RVT si AVF pentru a primi informatiile necesare de la acestia in privinta comenzilor purtatoare de discount in tranzit, facturate de echipa de Vanzari

Verifica si analizeaza, conform Procedurii DT-DA si Pasi in verificarea unei comenzi cu DT-DA, fisierele trimise de Analistii DT cu comenzile neconforme, tinand cont de respectarea termenelor de inchidere si de blocare a lunii

Creaza, mentine si dezvolta bune relatii cu toti colegii din departamentele suport, cat si cu reprezentantii producatorilor, alocati pe zona sa de lucru

Transmite analize solicitate de seful ierarhic

Cerinte:

Studii superioare finalizate

Cunostinte de lb engleza - nivel mediu convertational

Cunostinte Excel nivel avansat (functii, pivoti, vlookup, IF, SUMIF)

Cunostinte de Charisma ERP - reprezinta un avantaj

Atentie la detalii
