The Air Dominance Execution Organization is seeking to hire an AMRAAM Production Lot Associate Director. This position will report directly to the AMRAAM Production Director, as part of the Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) SBU and the Air Dominance Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) in Tucson, Arizona.
This position is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ, without relocation.
What You Will Do:
The AMRAAM Production Lot Associate Director role will need to lead strategy, vision, and tactical direction for multifunctional team(s), the supplier environment, sub-contractors, multiple government agencies, and the customers at both the senior/executive leadership and product execution levels.
Ensure delivery targets are met on time and within budget. This role manages a cross-functional team and is directly responsible for engaging Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure production timelines, budgets, and performance metrics are met and exceeded.
Deliver on customer commitments by increasing production rates, shortening delivery times while interleaving with sustainment/depot needs, and managing development cut-in new products.
Ensure the correct functional leaders are engaged and aligned with the organization's overall mission and strategic priorities, including driving material and yield to support the organizational goals. This role will be leading and managing the team in a challenging and demanding environment and ensuring accountability for the performance of the team and organization.
This role has significant cost challenges and will need to pull in PoP and increase output in order to stay ahead of the next production lots currently being proposed and awarded.

Gain senior leadership level experience building, maintaining, and influencing relationships with DOD customers and partnerships.
Acquire broader experience proactively managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for large/complex programs with proficient use of program management tools.
Attain higher-level experience planning and meeting five-year plans and AOPs.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 12 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with the use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, Estimate at Completions (EACs), etc.
Experience supporting software development teams (to include IPTL, leading agile development, etc.).
Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and/or administrative functions.
Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders.
An active and transferable Secret-level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to the start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Program management certified to Level 3 or ability to be certified within one year.
Experience leading proposal activity.
Proven success creating and maintaining strong executive-level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes, and internal peers.
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to facilitate.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
