We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AML Transaction Monitoring Quality Checker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of AML transaction monitoring activities. This role requires a deep understanding of AML regulations and the ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Review and validate the quality and accuracy of transaction monitoring alerts and investigations.Compliance Verification: Ensure that AML transaction monitoring activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.Report Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of suspicious activity reports (SARs) and other documentation.Feedback: Provide feedback and guidance to transaction monitoring analysts to enhance their performance and adherence to guidelines.Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in transaction monitoring processes and recommend enhancements.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality checks and compliance assessments.Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks in financial transactions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different stakeholders to support comprehensive AML efforts.Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.#PwCSEACPH
