We’re hiring an Entry-Level Analyst for a contract opportunity focused on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and transaction monitoring. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and fraud detection within the financial services sector. Additional Details: + Location: 100% onsite in Dallas, TX + Pay: $23/hour with optional unlimited overtime + Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility for additional hours + Contract Duration: Through December 31, 2025 Key Responsibilities: + Investigate alerts from transaction monitoring systems to identify unusual or suspicious activity + Analyze client transactional behavior to identify inconsistencies or anomalies + Follow up on flagged transactions and conduct due diligence to validate legitimacy + Clearly document findings for review by senior compliance personnel or regulators + Collaborate with internal teams to gather Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) documentation + Stay current with AML regulations and apply them in day-to-day tasks + Participate in ongoing compliance and regulatory training sessions + Support technology teams in enhancing system performance related to AML monitoring Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) + Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Motivated to grow within compliance or financial operations + Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently or within a team Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
