About the Role
This position is to handle anti-money laundering program in relation with operational in day-to-day business process to ensure AIAF is in adherence to regulatory and Group requirements.The role involves quality assurance AML Program including monitoring financial transactions, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and monitoring quality of alert closure in AML system based on methodology and timeline set.Perform review of any alerts in Nice Actimize resulting from name screening, CDD and transaction monitoring. The review includes analysis of customer profile, financial profile and transactions through various sources.Manage AML local Policy, procedure and guidance notes to ensure alignment with local regulatory requirement and AIA group requirementAssisting FCC Manager for group regular reporting (monthly & quarterly basis)Assisting FCC Manager for regulatory reporting including: SIPESAT PPATK, SIPENDAR PPATK, IRA OJK, RBA OJKPerform periodical AML Quality Assurance review that is based on methodology and timeline set.Prepare and issue report from each Quality Assurance review and discuss test findings with control ownersProvide support for any regulatory and Group inspection or Audit.
