About the Role
As an AMHS Manager at Micron, you will have the chance to lead an exceptionally talented engineering team in Taiwan. This role offers the powerful opportunity to craft the future of automated material handling systems (AMHS) within our brand new semiconductor manufacturing facilities. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring flawless operations and competing on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
As an AMHS Manager, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily operations of the AMHS to ensure flawless performance and efficiency.Implement and maintain strict operational protocols to improve system reliability.Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to successfully implement process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and address system requirements and challenges.Monitor and analyze system performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in managing automated material handling systems, preferably in the semiconductor industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will set you apart:
