We are hiring an AMHS (Automated Material Handling System) Manufacturing Manager to lead efforts in new technology transfers and production line setups, focusing on wafer manufacturing across multiple modules and departments. Job Responsibilities + Lead new Technology Transfers and Production Line Setups. + Improve Production Operations and manage people-related initiatives. + Work with DFK or Muratec AMHS systems, or other relevant AMHS equipment. + Enhance Wafer-Focused Manufacturing across multiple modules and departments. + Elevate Semiconductor Manufacturing System Excellence by improving Equipment Productivity and Delivery Cycle Time. + Integrate Machinery and Equipment Applications to maintain effective Scheduling Systems that enhance Fab Production Capacity. + Provide insight to achieve Production Capacity Targets, improve the Operation Control Capability of the Fab, and reduce Variability. + Collaborate with Engineering Teams, Process Integration, and Yield Improvement Teams to meet customer requirements. Job Requirements + B.S. in Computer Science, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering + 7+ years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry + 2+ years of experience on Automated Material Handling Systems + 2+ years of experience in Managing and Developing Direct Reports + Demonstrated knowledge of Scheduling Systems or Optimization Algorithms + Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles + Strong technical understanding of IC Processing Equipment, Integrated Flow, Chemistry, and Physics Work Environment This role is based in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This person may be required to be on-call during weekends and off-hours as needed. This position will include a year-one road map with training and development geared towards long-term success. After the initial first year of training onsite, this person may be asked to travel internationally for additional skill and business development.
