Job Title: AMHS Manager
Job Description

As an AMHS Manufacturing Manager, you will lead efforts in new technology transfers and production line setups, focusing on wafer manufacturing across multiple modules and departments. You will drive production improvements and ensure smooth operations, while also managing people and business-related functions to support wafer manufacturing.

ResponsibilitiesLead new technology transfers and production line setups.Enhance wafer-focused manufacturing across multiple modules and departments.Improve production operations and manage people-related initiatives.Work with DFK or Muratec AMHS systems or other AMHS suppliers and possess equipment knowledge.Elevate semiconductor manufacturing system excellence by improving equipment productivity and delivery cycle time.Integrate machinery and equipment applications to maintain effective scheduling systems that enhance fab production capacity.Collaborate with engineering teams, process integration, and yield improvement teams to meet customer requirements.Essential SkillsMinimum of 7 years in the semiconductor industry.At least 2 years of experience in people management and development.Experience working on Automated Manufacturing Handling Systems (AMHS) for at least 2 years.Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling systems or optimization algorithms in relevant fields.Proficiency in machine learning or deep learning.Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.Solid technical understanding of IC processing equipment, integrated flow, chemistry, and physics.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.Work Environment

The position requires working in the Fab and production floor where innovation fuels world-changing products. A cleanroom environment is expected, promoting high-volume manufacturing and utilizing automated manufacturing handling systems. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $190000.00/yr.
