**The Opportunity**
This resource will play a pivotal role in shaping our rapidly growing organization and continue to further cement our position as a visionary and execution leader. With the rapid growth Nutanix is achieving, we need to optimize and transform the sales operations processes and capabilities to scale with business as Nutanix executes 100% of our business via a robust channel network. This individual must be a thought leader and be able to work cross-functionally with many teams to develop an operational cadence that will provide visibility into the business to support increased revenue growth. This position requires an analytical mind with the ability to tell a “story” with data. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that will partner with senior sales leadership in Americas, finance, marketing and other executives across Nutanix to drive efficiency and operational excellence within the Channel/Partner organization. The ideal candidate will be fascinated by data analysis and be excited to help their sales leader build their business.

You will report to the Director, Worldwide Channel Business & Sales Operations, who champions a supportive and engaging leadership style that empowers team members to excel in their roles. In terms of work setup, if you're located outside of Mexico City, you will primarily work remotely; however, if you're based in Mexico City, we expect you to be in the office three days a week. This hybrid approach enables flexibility while ensuring team collaboration and cohesiveness. Additionally, there are no travel requirements associated with this role, allowing you to focus on your work without the need for frequent travel commitments.
**Your Role**
+ Provide operational support to maximize Channel sales team productivity
+ Own quota development for Americas Channel, coordinating with global counterparts to ensure consistency in execution.
+ Drive analyses to help the Channel organization, including quota achievement, coverage, retention, partner segmentation and productivity
+ Develop and track team metrics (KPIs), reporting and dashboards
+ Identify issues and opportunities for process improvement to improve partner/customer experience and productivity
+ Collect weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts, track progress and develop insights
+ Support quarterly business reviews and planning processes
+ Support resolution of channel conflicts
+ Analyze Channel pipeline/funnel. Identify areas of weakness, provide suggested improvements
+ Evaluate the efficiency of the channel sales program and advise leadership team on where to focus in order to maximize return
+ Be a key focal point for the Americas channel organization
+ Work collaboratively with cross functional teams
**What You Will Bring**
+ 5-10 years of business experience, including a proven track record of performance in strategy and/or operations role.
+ Positive attitude with a passion for operational excellence
+ Excellent executive presence, ability to drive adoption and build credibility with senior leadership.
+ Working knowledge of Channel construct
+ Extensive experience and knowledge of sales operations and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally.
+ Exceptional analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and Business Intelligence skills with an expertise in SFDC.
+ Experience with Clari and Tableau is a plus.
+ Detail-oriented but can also see the big picture. Can crunch the numbers and clearly articulate the key takeaways in an executive summary. Tell a “story”
+ Superior capabilities in Excel and Power Point, and able to build and present professional, executive worthy decks.
+ Ability to quickly pivot, thrive in a fast paced, agile environment, and meet critical deadlines.
+ Able to manage multiple initiatives in varying size and scope simultaneously.
**Work Arrangement**
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
