At eero, the Americas Product Manager Lead will oversee the North America Amazon.com PL, with a deep focus on driving strategic initiatives that generate a step change in our business growth. They will define and manage the execution of eero’s North America’s category strategy and promotional plans for Amazon.com. This role will work cross-functionally with other channel leaders to ensure a cohesive strategy that addresses and supports the needs of the overall Retail business. In addition to overseeing the timing and depth of each promotion, this role will also be the key point of contact for all cross product line events.
This is a highly visible role, focused on growing the North America Online business through new tactics, cross portfolio strategies, and driving eero awareness and support with cross product line partner teams. Our growth goals require a leader who will move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit, is capable of solving complex problems, and can work in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Building strategic plans to drive year on year growth
- Developing and managing the Amazon.com annual promotional plans for North America
- Leading eero’s approach to key events across channels
- Partnering with onsite and paid marketing leads to align sales and channel strategies
- Presenting during weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership
- Monitoring and adjusting promotional plans based on cross-portfolio cannibalization and past promotional performance
