**Job Title** Americas Business Manager **Job Description Summary** This position supports the development and implementation of the Global Engineering (GE) Program within region. Direct collaboration is maintained with the GE Regional Lead. Responsibilities include but are not limited to various regional processes, reporting and tasks for the Global Engineering Team. Developing regional structures if needed. This position requires 3-5 days in the office as coordinated with the Line manager. **Job Description** **Regional** **Business Management tasks:** + Ensures that all GE regional deliverables are met and are of the highest quality + Active support in the implementation of regional structures + Establish high-level regional management presentations if required + Transfer essential global Business Management information to the regional Team + Set the regional PMM targets together with the global GE Team and track / push the regional progress + Ensures that all members of the GE regional team understands expectations and deliverables regarding cross stream collaboration with other function internal and external to GRESC + Provide regular update on the GE regional organization + Responsible for regional meeting management including document management + Responsible for ad hoc project coordination **Process / Standards / Reports** **:** + Responsible for carrying out various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required by the GE regional / global team + Manage Post Incident Management reports together with GE Regional Lead and track actions + Actively tracking and supporting the GE Regional Lead to reach their regional KPC & KPI targets + Coordinate and manage together with the Regional Lead regional internal and external audits + Coordination of the regional GE capital investment plan (CAPEX) that includes direct collaboration with GE Regional Lead, GE Finance Analyst, GE Project Managers, Portfolio Management, Shared Services etc. Consistent communication with stakeholders is held to ensure transparency of the GE capital plan. Ensure regular financial Management report + Coordination of the regional GE OPEX Project plan. Ensure regular financial Management report + Support in regional GE document maintenance, storage and controls process + Ensures implementation of the energy savings improvements and the monitoring of Energy consumption **Qualifications:** + At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar type of role (e.g. business management, strategy, project management) + Skilled at problem resolution with the ability to identify and address complex issues and challenges + Possess the ability to work with different stakeholders and deliver effective solutions + Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures + Adept at managing ambiguity and ready to work within tight deadlines + Comfortable working with numbers and/or words: at ease with extracting and analyzing large data sets and presenting 'the story' behind the data in a management-friendly format + Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills + Be performance and customer-oriented, motivated and able to handle professional EAMs under the right deadlines / pressure + Be a team player with good communication skills, with an eye for details and a high level of integrity + Good interpersonal skills and client rapport building skills + Be fluent in English + Have strong interest in playing a supporting role **Preferred Educational Background:** + Certifications in project management are advantageous + BA in business administration, business management, or another applicable major Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
