Job Description – AMER PDS Sourcing – Contracts Manager

Provide support of Project Delivery Services (PDS) clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies across AMER.

Strategic Sourcing Planning & Delivery

Develop, lead, and execute sourcing strategies for local and regional initiatives for facility management and project goods and services that drive value to JLL and our clients.Enhance PDS strategic sourcing organization and delivery through collaboration with the corporate sourcing and project management teams developing innovative ways to simplify processes through utilization of tools and communication to increase account/project team productivity.Develop account category plan to provide visibility to subcategory spending, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries and market insights that lead to both short and long-term strategies.Lead development of all sourcing-related functions: performing due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementationIdentify and lead appropriate operational resources to execute initiatives,Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the portfolio

Supply Chain Performance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.Manage supplier relationships.  Understand, track, and mitigate key risks related to our supply chain partners. Report results to JLL Category Leads and identify opportunities for improvements.Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional sourcing initiatives in partnership with our operations teams. Expand Supplier pool to better support Client needs.

Innovation and Client Value

Build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with Project Delivery teams and clients to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.  Proactively manage internal and external customer expectationsBring strategic thought leadership to account to identify additional cost and operational efficienciesSupport a supplier diversity program in accordance with Client and company requirements
