What You’ll Do
As a AME PMO, you’ll be part of our global Tools & Outdoor team. You’ll get to:
Develop Global AME MBO (Management based Objectives) – Take the lead with each team leader setting up MBOs metrics. Aligning SMART (Specific-Measurable- Attainable-Relevant-Time bounded) principle to track, report out and identify the gaps and opportunities to accomplish these goals. Facilitate regular team meetings/reviews with each team leaders, consolidate the update team dashboard. Drive one source of truth data for all levels of communication, both internally and externally.Pair with Global AME leaders on NPD execution process (Milestone/Phase Gate). Support the AME leader to advocate the process governance to ensure AME NPD deliverables on tracking before NPD sign off. Set up NPD dashboard and review Cadence with NPD leaders.Pair with Global AME leaders on Productivity projects delivery. Communicate and coordinate with AME project leader, plant project owner to drive productivity projects on schedule/on CAPEX/on performance. In the Meantime, leveraging AME regional teams and plant engineering resources to identify productivity projects deck build/track and report out progress on all levels (Plant manager/POD leader/Global MFG) review meetings.Pair with Global AME leaders on plant technical support for Global Manufacturing sites and plant capability assessment. Setting up the manufacture engineer capability baseline and scorecard cross multiple businesses and regions, build up the dashboard for the maturity of plant execution capability with aligning our global manufacturing footprint/product transfer strategy.Support Global AME team leaders drive the development on Global manufacturing Process Standardization especially for process, equipment, components. Track program schedule and coordinating across multiple businesses and regions, serving as main point of contact.Utilizing Change Management techniques and processes, provide data driven and decision-making concept to provides team performance both internally and externally.Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Supply Chain, Product development or Procurement management, Finance or Accounting is preferred. Excellent English language Skill, Data analytical capability is a MUST.3 years of experience in project management or relevant field. Proven product knowledge regard to the tools and outdoor business, being able to self-learning on any necessary product knowledge beyond.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExcellent Project Management skills with a demonstrated ability to develop robust program schedules, drive organization, time management, and effective prioritization to meet schedule requirementsDemonstrated familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g., Critical Path). Logical and creative problem-solving and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross functional technical teams, business organizations, vendors and upper management staff. Strong focus and proven ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology departments.Maintains reporting relationships with project stakeholders including team members, peers, managers, customers, vendors, and other affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units.Experience delivering specifications with an understanding of EHS/safety requirementsPotential for international and domestic travelHow You’ll Feel
