Esta posicion esta enfocada en dar soporte a las diferentes plantas de Manufactura de Allegion con un desempeno de clase mundial mediante inovacion de procesos y la implementacion de tecnicas de manufactura  que mejoren seguridad, calidad, servicio a cliente, costo, desarrollo de personal en las plantas de manufactura de Allegion. El enfoque principal de esta posicion es en los procesos de preparacion de material (pulido, satinado), pintura en polvo y platinados.

Principales Responsabilidades:

Lidera y coordina projectos asignados de diferentes complejidades que se alinean a la estrategia de negocio y manufactura de Allegion.Habilidad para liderear y apoyar iniciativas enfocadas en los procesos y sus flujos optimos de materiales buscando la excelencia en los metricos del BOS de AllegionAsegura cumplimiento ante agencias regulatorias, estandares y sistemas que apliquenIncremento de eficiencia y mejora de yield.Solucion de problemasEnganche con personal (sin linea directa de reporte)Implementacion eficiente de proyectos asignadosSoporte al equipo multidisciplinario de planta en la ejecucion de cambios de ingenieria.Asegura el cumplimiento de normas y procedimientos de EHS en equipo con los grupos miltidisciplinariosProvee soporte y guia a responsable de equipo multidisciplinario.Liderar la busqueda, justificacion e implementacion de nuevas tecnologias.

Requisitos:

Conocimiento en procesos de preparacion de materiales (Pulido, lijado), pintura en Polvo y PlatinadosIdioma InglesVisa/Pasaporte> 5 años de experiencia
