**_What you will do:_**
*** Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs.**
*** Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of growth and development.**
*** Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients.**
*** Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.**
*** Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.**
*** Completes Admission Assessment in time frame established, according to Policy and Procedure.**
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
*** Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or > 3 years of experience.**
**Licensure**
*** Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the State of Florida**
*** Current BLS required; Current ACLS, if required for your area; PALS, if required for your work area, to be completed within 1 year of employment date and maintained**
