In this role, you won’t just keep things running—you’ll be an essential force behind planning, organizing, and steering department operations toward success. Partnering closely with the Director, you’ll provide hands-on leadership and oversight to daily functions, foster a high-performing team culture, and step into the Director’s shoes when needed.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the Director to manage day-to-day operations across assigned departments
Lead with purpose by modeling excellence, professionalism, and teamwork
Ensure smooth operational planning, organization, and execution to meet goals
Serve as a go-to problem solver and trusted leader
Step up as Acting Director in their absence and keep everything moving seamlessly
Inspire collaboration through open communication and a team-first mindset
Guide and develop staff with your coaching skills and leadership savvy
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a Graduate Degree in Nursing
Three years of management experience, preferably in healthcare
Only two years required if you hold a Graduate Degree in Nursing
Active BLS and/or ACLS certification if required by your department
Performance improvement know-how and a solid understanding of regulatory standards
Comfort navigating participatory management with clinical and administrative leaders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A people-first approach and strong ability to build lasting relationships
A high level of service orientation and outgoing personality
Good judgment and integrity to lead operations and inspire teams
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Confidence with technology and computer systems
