RN, Ambulatory Nurse Urology Specialty Practice- Greenfield

Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Multi -Specialty outpatient practice located in Greenfield   

Responsibilities                         

Functions independently to assess develop and implement plan of care Provides independent quality triage and patient care utilizing strong assessment skills, point of care testing and quality assurance checks. Assist with procedures Triages and coordinates patient care ensuring access to care and patient success. Promotes health and wellness for individuals and groups of patients. Develops patient trust and engages the patient/ family in care and treatment. Understands social and cultural differences that might impede patient care

Requirements

Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience Experience in practice specialty or related nursing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple tasks/priorities Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff

Location -Sanderson Street – Greenfield MA Full Time – Monday- Friday Sign On Bonus Eligible Sign on Bonuses are paid to external hires only; not applicable for internal or company transfers, unless otherwise specified. Former employees are eligible after 1 year post separation from Baystate Health.
