Job Summary:

The Abbott Ambassador is responsible for driving client loyalty, growing existing business while improving profitability. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in MyDASH and Execute Account Plan tactics to grow existing business by closing menu gaps (adding on assays), selling DHS solutions, and upgrading and renewing service contracts

Major Responsibilities:

Develop a Strategic Growth Plan at the territory level and leverage the plan dailyWeekly work with client on business process, amplification of their health system via CRDx globalized and established frameworksConduct Client Business Reviews every 90 days (Operational reviews) to ensure our clients and Abbott are honoring their commitments and execute on identified client needsAct as Abbott point of contact for clients to handle any issues or support requests (ordering and shipping inquiries & product issues)Support renewal of existing business, with the Enterprise team, early in the process blocking competition from entering the accountWork with client to ensure entire Abbott solution is being utilized as expectedAssess utilization and inefficiencies on instruments and work with client to maximize testing capabilitiesAnalyze test menu and ordering patterns to assess gaps and provide solutionsAdd solutions, including assays, software, and service offerings to help client achieve strategic priorities or improve efficienciesDeliver insights for operational improvement that will directly impact client KPI’s through assays, DHS, Hematology, and/or other solutionsDrive Alinity, Hematology and Digital Health Solutions solutions at every accountContinue to manage post-sales client support activities, such as Confidently operate all Alinity Instruments, Install and configure assays on the Alinity instrument ,Perform assay integration, calibration, precision, linearity, and method comparisons for the AlinityExhibit and articulate our value proposition and solutions and consult with client to improve operations and KPI’sDeliver insights to clients, as well as Enterprise team and Develop relationships with all internal stakeholders i-e Lab Director, Department Supervisors ,IT Manager and Medical DirectorMaintain a high NPS score (OneNPS and tNPS) at each account and Address NPS “hot sheets”Leverage marketing collateral to demonstrate Core Diagnostics value i-e Client presentations ,Workshops (Educational and Abbott internal) ,Client Business Reviews and Lead integration activities Participate in implementation activities per Test of Record (TOR) process and Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation team (post-sale) with project manager

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

Bachelor's degree; preferably BE/ME in Biomedical/Electrical/mechanicalMinimum of 4-5 years’ experience of experience in Diagnostic Industry with an emphasis on managing and expanding existing accountsIdeally a proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.Excellent product and industry knowledgeStrong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamicsStrong solution selling and relationship building skillsStrong communications skills both verbal and written
