As a Candidate Concierge Coordinator (CC), you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for candidates during their onsite interviews. When not supporting candidates onsite, you will support the recruitment process through interview scheduling and coordination. This dual role ensures maximum efficiency and support for our talent acquisition efforts.
Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
• Escort multiple candidates daily for onsite interviews
• Coordinate and execute all aspects of the candidate's onsite interview experience
• Greet candidates professionally in the lobby and establish a welcoming atmosphere
• Prepare and verify interview rooms, including picking up technical equipment, setup and testing
• Ensure candidate comfort and needs are met throughout interview day (including breaks, refreshments, and accommodations)
• Facilitate smooth transitions between interview sessions
• Escort candidates through the building, including final departure
• Acting as "day-of" POC for any candidate emergencies
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
- Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $85,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
