**Job Description**
Revelyst, a leader in the sports technology and outdoor sports categories, is looking for a **Merchandising Coordinator** to join our fast-paced, mission-driven Amazon team. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing two of our powerhouse Platforms, (Precision Sports & Technology and Outdoor Performance) to life on Amazon.
As the **Amazon Merchandising Coordinator** , you’ll combine your deep knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem with a passion for data-driven strategies to manage and optimize product listings and product display pages. You’ll drive our Amazon content experience to increase conversion rates, enhance brand storytelling, and elevate our content across the platform, helping us secure market share leadership. If you're analytical, have a strong understanding of Amazon 1P Vendor Central, and are excited about collaborating with creative teams, this is your chance to make an impact! This position reports to the **Director, Digital Shelf** and is based in **Bozeman, MT or Logan, UT.**
**As the Amazon Merchandising Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include:**
+ Lead the end-to-end optimization of Amazon PDPs (Product Detail Pages), including A+ content, titles, bullet points, imagery, and keyword integration for both new and existing ASINs.
+ Collaborate with creative teams to brief content needs, ensuring it aligns with conversion goals and launches on time.
+ Spearhead brand store development and merchandising strategies to improve navigation, education, and conversion rates.
+ Partner with Performance Marketing and Brand teams to ensure content and paid media efforts are aligned and driving efficiency.
+ Monitor key metrics (BSR, conversion rate, glance views, IPI, etc.) and adapt content strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
+ Use tools like Profitero, Salsify, Amazon Brand Analytics, and generative AI to streamline content creation and keyword research.
+ Champion Amazon as a key channel in our broader strategy, ensuring consistent brand presence across DTC, retail, and wholesale platforms.
+ Explore emerging platforms such as TikTok Shop, affiliate content, and UGC to drive future growth.
+ Own key performance metrics, including:
+ Page 1 share, based on generic keywords.
+ Conversion rate (CVR) and glance views.
+ Content health scores and performance via internal scorecards.
+ Impact on paid media efficiency (ACoS, ROAS) and brand store engagement.
**You have:**
+ Bachelors degree or commensurate experience.
+ **Years of Experience:** 2–4 years of ecommerce experience, ideally in high-consideration categories like sporting goods, consumer electronics, or precision gear.
+ Proven track record of managing Amazon content within a 1P Vendor Central environment.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
+ Expertise in Amazon SEO, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and keyword research.
+ Familiarity with tools such as Profitero, Salsify, and Amazon’s analytics suite.
+ Experience working cross-functionally in Agile teams to execute content strategies that are aligned with brand goals.
+ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
+ Experience coordinating with content production teams for imagery and video needs.
+ Ability to collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize content and ads.

**Pay Range:**
Annual Salary: $65,300.00 - $84,900.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
