AM/ Manager - Client Accounting Finance (APAC) Job ID 173400 Posted 02-May-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Kuala Lumpur - Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia **Location:** + CBRE KL BSO, Bangsar South **What you'll do** **Commercial Finance** + Billing computation + CBRE corporate month-end close + CBRE & client budget & forecast + Client reporting – Spending presentation + Finance related queries resolution + Client month-end close support, including accruals from system open PO report, variance analysis between actual vs budget on vendor spend + Finance related audit supporting **CBRE Reporting** + Management of month-end process: + Billing computation + Posting of accruals & UBR + Dealing with intercompany transactions within account & across other clients + UBR and Accruals posting. + Managing budgetary adherence, and clearly communicating variances in a succinct and comprehensive manner + Using PeopleSoft & Iscala ERP system to actively manage the monthly GL, understanding costs & revenues, and those which have been centrally allocated. + Support compilation of CBRE annual budgets & quarterly forecasts and monthly flash. + Balance sheet preparation and reviews for all countries under management. **Client Reporting** + Management of client month-end process: + Posting of client accruals & invoices + Strong collaboration with the Operational teams to ensure awareness of month-end performance & the future financial outlook. + Managing budgetary adherence, and clearly communicating variances in a succinct and comprehensive manner + Working with internal client month-end processes, pro-actively chasing invoicing of supplier payments & management of consumable spend + Produce client reports and provide value add financial commentary in their portfolio. + Working with the OM team to compile annual budgets & quarterly forecasts. + Support collation of monthly accruals to Client finance teams + Provide added value financial variance insight to support financial reporting. **What you'll need** + Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (ACCA, CIMA or CPA is highly preferred) + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the account and develop effective relationships at all levels + Working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a prerequisite + Reporting in a complex multi-country, multi-divisional, service business (Industry experience) including financial planning and contracts management + Providing senior management with financial results and analysis + Demonstrable experience working with complex financial and operational information systems and controls in a large business that provides consistent and reliable information + Excellent organizational skills who is Results/ task orientated, with attention to detail and accuracy + Traveling across APAC countries if required.
