1.Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the operation of the hotel's front office department and collect information on problems arising during the process of serving guests.

2. Under the direct leadership of the front office manager, be responsible for the normal operation of the entire hotel's front office department during the shift.

3. Be responsible for handling guests' problems and complaints.

4. Be responsible for welcoming important guests.

5. Conduct safety and daily equipment inspections throughout the hotel.

6. Resolve safety issues that occur during the shift.

7. Coordinate with other shifts on matters that need to be communicated regarding the shift handover records.

1.College degree or above, with more than 1 year of working experience in the same position.

2. Be able to provide front desk service in fluent english with good image and temperament, proficient in opera, and possess strong english listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

3. Passionate about hotel work, dedicated to business, good at communication, and possessing excellent management and coordination skills, capable of effectively playing the roles of management, leadership and supervision.

4. Pay attention to details, be responsible at work, dare to take responsibility, and have strong execution ability.

5. Be highly motivated, have good learning ability and stress resistance.
