\n\nPrepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards\nMaintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times\nManage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner\nEnsure knowledge of menu and all food products\nStock and maintain designated food station(s)\nVisually inspect all food sent from the kitchen\nPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations\nPrepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed\n\n\nSchedule: Morning Shifts, Including Weekend Brunch
\nWisteria Restaurant & Bar is seeking a dependable and skilled AM Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for breakfast service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nPrepare a variety of breakfast items including properly cooked eggs (scrambled, over-easy, poached, omelets), pancakes, French toast, and breakfast meats.\nPerform basic prep work: chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, organizing station setup.\nSupport weekend brunch service, including a few added brunch-focused items beyond the standard breakfast menu.\nFollow standardized recipes, plating guidelines, and portion controls.\nEnsure cleanliness and organization of your station, in line with health and safety protocols.\nFollow directions accurately and communicate clearly with the team and leadership.\n\nRequirements:
