Alumni Engagement Coordinator

Pitt-Bradford is welcoming new applications to be our nextAlumni Relations Coordinator. The coordinator assists in cultivating alumni interest and engagement with the University, as well as helping with alumni programs and major alumni events.

A great fit for this position doesn't necessarily need to possess any Alumni engagement experience but rather have:

Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.The ability to work successfully in a high volume, deadline driven environment.The ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously.The ability to travel as needed and work varied hours.


Hiring Range: $39,000 - $45,000/Year.

Key Responsibilities:Assists with the coordination of an inclusive offering of programs and events designed to cultivate and sustain alumni engagement fulfill the goals of the PAE department. Provide administrative and leadership support to the Pitt Bradford Alumni Association, it's board and committees; plan and execute alumni events (e.g. Alumni and Family Weekend, Backpack to Briefcase, Graduation Central, etc.); recruit and manage alumni volunteers; support fundraising activities and programs; serve as PAE's liaison to various departments across the university; serve as advisor to the Blue Gold Society; assist with content and editing of alumni publications, assist in management of the alumni website and social media accounts.

Assists in identifying, cultivating, and soliciting alumni and other potential donors for the assigned college, campus, or constituency. Utilizes data to monitor and analyze programs; identifies program needs and areas for improvement. Assists with planning, publicizing, and coordinating special events and alumni activities. Maintains data, records, and files; provides support with scheduling and correspondence. Writes and edits related publications/newsletters/proposals or other communications
