If you're a skilled aluminum fabricator ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you. **Aluminum Fitter (Mechanic)** **Location:** Vancouver, WA **Employment Type:** Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire **Pay Range:** Starting at $30.00 per hour **What You’ll Do** As an Aluminum Fitter, you’ll play a key role in fabricating structural components for critical projects. You’ll be expected to work with precision, follow detailed blueprints, and collaborate with a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality results. **Key Responsibilities** + Pass required 3G and 4G aluminum weld tests (AWS D1.2 on 3/8” plate) + Interpret technical drawings to layout and fabricate aluminum structures + Operate machinery including presses and forming equipment + Perform tack welding and fitting with minimal supervision + Follow industry-standard safety and quality protocols **Qualifications** + 1 or more years of hands-on aluminum welding or fabrication experience + Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout work + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts if needed + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety **Why Work for PDS Tech** When you work with PDS Tech, you’re part of a team that values your craft and invests in your future.
