Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor. **Vous aurez un rôle clé dans l’optimisation des process :** + Revue des process BD avec les différents services (approvisionnement, dépôt, qualité, production, etc), identification des points d’amélioration et mise en place des changements + Audits terrain pour vérifier l’absence de déviations opérationnelles sur les recettes **Vous ferez partie intégrante de l’équipe BD et à ce titre, vous serez également amené à :** + Etre un représentant de l’usine auprès des interlocuteurs externes (marketing, RetD, PCM, Supply, etc), et un représentant des fonctions externes auprès de l’usine. + Vous participerez activement à la gestion des projets (nouveaux packagings, nouveaux produits, nouveaux marchés), entre autres sur les missions suivantes: + Support lors de l’organisation et la réalisation d’essais industriels + Support dans les projets de modification de pack (coordination entre services d’appro et mise en production) ou de fournisseurs de matière premières, changement de recettes, etc Vous serez amené à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés et contribuerez au riche quotidien du service. **Vous pourriez être la personne idéale que nous recherchons si... ** + Vous êtes de formation **ingénieure** ou **universitaire** et rentrez en deuxième année de formation agroalimentaire + Vous avez une première expérience en stage ou en apprentissage + Vous avez un goût prononcé pour l’environnement industriel et l’agroalimentaire + Vous avez un attrait pour la gestion de projets et une aisance relationnelle pour faire le lien entre toutes les fonctions. + Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse + Organisé, rigueur, agilité, Force de propositions + Maîtrise de l’anglais + Vous aimez relever des challenges + Votre fiabilité et sens du résultat sont vos points forts + Vous maîtrisez l’anglais  **Ce que nous avons à vous offrir…** Nos offres Early Careers offrent toute une variété d’expériences challengeantes et développantes.
