ALTERNANCE/APPRENTICESHIP R&D PROJECT MANAGER APPRENTICE - LUXURY MAKEUP **R&D Project manager Apprentice – Luxury Makeup** As an R&D project manager apprentice, you will develop luxury makeup for Gucci and Burberry Beauty, gaining hands-on experience in an innovative and international environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** As our R&D Project Management Apprentice, your main focus is product development, coordination, and innovation. You will support the R&D team in managing the development of innovative luxury makeup products, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, and brand standards. Your main focus: + Coordinate product development with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met. + Support shade extensions and limited editions development. + Support base business on reformulation projects. + Follow up on stability and claims tests in collaboration with labs. + Analyse formula submissions and technical reports to ensure compliance with Coty’s standards. + Support the preparation of documentation for internal validation and regulatory requirement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory) to align on product objectives.
