ALTERNANCE/APPRENTICESHIP DIVISIONAL PLANNING APPRENTICE **Divisional Planning Apprentice** **ENVIRONMENT** The Divisional Planning team is part of the Planning team attached to the Supply Chain Division. As part of this apprenticeship, you will assist the Divisional Planning team in the development of its activity. You will learn about specific challenges to the world of cosmetics through interactions with the Global teams (Supply Chain/Marketing/Trade/Innovative Leader, etc.) as well as the Regional teams (EMEA, US, Japan, APAC, China, etc.). **RESPONSIBILITIES** Reporting directly to the Divisional Planning Manager Fragrances, and in constant liaison with various Group departments, you will assist the Divisional Planning team, who support the brands and their business by monitoring the status of product life, in line with their strategy, from the initial conception (initiative) to the maturity stage, right through to the phase-out phase with product discontinuation. This involves acting as an interface between the Brand teams and the Supply Chain. **Support for Divisional Planning team** + Provide support to Divisional Planning team (team support analyses, portfolio catalogue updates, data collection, etc.). **Brands: Participate in Divisional Planning missions for several brands in the portfolio:** + Initiative Sizing: For the launch of each initiative, estimate global potential and forecasts of key regions, aligned with the global business teams (Marketing, Trade). + Launch Monitoring: Monitor the initiatives monthly and communicate the changes to the markets. Support of market allocations according to business priorities. + Growth & maturity monitoring: Update and communicate each brand's product catalogue. De-complexification: Analyze brand portfolio on a yearly basis and build a discontinuation strategic proposal of each brand. Align and follow-up with global business teams (Marketing, Trade). + Discontinuation Process: Monitor the discontinuation process and follow-up of action plans with Operations. + Excess Management (saleable & non-saleable): Manage the product’s excess: Identify root causes and implement action plans with sales teams to reduce the level of excess products. **Continuous Improvement** + Assist the Divisional Planning team and be a driving strength behind the implementation and/or improvement of tools, KPIs and processes. **YOU ARE A COTY FIT** We are looking for a candidate with: + A master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics). + Ideally a successful internship in Supply Chain/Operations (demand/supply planning is a must). + English fluent speaking (C1). + Good Excel skills (database management, formulas, pivot tables). + Proactivity, discipline, and commitment to deliver results. + Solid ownership, autonomy, and advanced analytical skills. + Teamwork oriented and good communication skills.
