En tant qu’alternant.e optimisation des processus métier et des outils dans notre service Operational Excellence team en Clinical Documentation vous participerez à l’optimisation des processus et les outils utilisés pour gérer notre portefeuille, y compris avec les fournisseurs externes. Le défi est lancé pour accélérer la course à la découverte et au développement de médicaments afin de trouver des solutions pour les patients et leurs familles. Vos compétences pourraient être déterminantes pour aider nos équipes à accélérer les progrès réalisés. **Principales responsabilités** **:** + Participer à l'amélioration des outils de suivi pour le monitoring du portfolio et la gestion des questionnaires en utilisant des technologies modernes tels que Smartsheet, Power BI, ou des applications web + Collaborer au développement de solutions innovantes pour simplifier et automatiser les mises à jour de notre outil ClinDoc + Contribuer à la conception et à la mise en place de workflows de collecte et d'analyse de données pour la gestion des ressources + Soutenir les tests et l'optimisation des outils et processus existants pour une amélioration continue + Contribuer au développement de solutions de reporting automatisé et de tableaux de bord + Participer à la création de documentation et des supports de formation pour les outils numériques _À propos de vous_ + **Savoir-être et savoir-faire** **:** rigueur, autonomie, compétences interpersonnelles.
