Prêt·e à commencer ? **Principales responsabilités** **:** + Participer au maintien et à la priorisation des backlogs produit + Apporter votre support à la documentation des users stories et collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs pour collecter et analyser les besoins et les transformer en livrables + Aider à designer et implémenter les processus d’onboarding des utilisateurs en collectant et analysant les feedbacks + Contribuer à la création de documentation matérielle et technique à destination de différents profils utilisateurs + Prendre part au monitoring de la plateforme pour rédiger des rapports réguliers et identifier des tendances et des points d’amélioration _À propos de vous_ + **Savoir-être et savoir-faire** **:** rigueur, autonomie, aisance relationnelle.
