**Job Description** **AltaGas - Contract Analyst** We’re looking for a Contract Analyst to join our dynamic Midstream Finance team. This is your chance to be part of a growing operation where your work will support contract management and the ability to navigate complex agreements. **What You'll Do:** + Oversee the contract execution process, and ongoing management of contracts related to midstream operations + Conduct thorough risk assessments on proposed contracts and agreements, identifying potential areas of concern and proposing mitigation strategies + Input and maintain contract terms within invoicing software + Manage the internal and external mail ballots process ensuring adherence to contract terms + Manage the internal and external joint interest bills ensuring that invoices are accurate and that disputes are resolved promptly + Ensure compliance with internal controls with all contractual obligations + Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide guidance to business units on contractual matters + Analyze contracts to identify potential improvements and efficiencies.
