Qualified applicants should have extensive asset management operational experience at investment manager and/or service provider across multiple disciplines. Qualified applicant will need to understand State Street architecture and operating model to identify opportunities to augment/integrate with 3rd party tools and/or services. Demonstrated understanding and experience integrating new products and/or systems required. Applicants should be at ease leading others with no hierarchical connection and should also be comfortable working in a high growth business, fast paced environment driving the firms strategy and AlphaSM product capabilities. This position will require working across multiple geographies.

What you will be responsible for
As a Product Strategist you will be responsible for Front/Middle Office business engagement, understanding the customer’s needs vs our current capabilities and recommending solutions for development and implementation. This role is critical for business planning and management from the Alpha Services Product organization. A successful candidate must have a strategic mindset, ability to collaborate, articulate a vision/roadmap and clearly communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including front, middle, back office functions15+ years operational and/or technical experience working across leading front, middle, back office systems. Private Markets experience a plusDegree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.Willingness and ability to travel.

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
