For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree or experience in engineering majors, process control/automation engineering related majors, such as chemical process automation, control science and engineering, industrial engineering and informatization, etc., in addition, be familiar with theory and practice of chemical engineering principles; chemical engineering related majors, such as chemical engineering and technology, applied chemistry, petrochemical process engineering, etc., in addition, be familiar with theory and practice of process control; non-related engineering majors, but be familiar with theory and practice of (a) chemical engineering principles and (b) process control Rich experience in alarm performance analysis and modeling with the aid of self-developed Microsoft Excel VBA macro or Access application. Good presentation skills in English verbally and in-written. Able to long-term or short-term domestic or oversea business travel. Effective time management to complete tasks on time, can work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently with minimum supervision. High consciousness of occupational safety, health and ethics.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experienced with Alarm Management software (e.g. DeltaV Analyze / Alarm Mosaic, Emerson AgileOps, Honeywell DynAMo, PAS PlantState Integrity). Preferable to understand and apply ALM related standards (e.g. ISA 18.2 / IEC 62682 Alarm Management, EEMUA 191 Alarm System Guide). Proficient in DCS architecture and OPC communication. Preferable to experience in Microsoft Server OS including SQL Server installation, or be familiar with MicroStrategy report configuration. Good skills in computer hardware, network & virtualization.
