Job Description
The Inside Sales Associate Manager directs a team of sales agents in all aspects of incoming call center operations. Implements and reviews call center policies and procedures. Develops and monitors quotas for service volume and timelines. Work with multiple departments across the business, including, Workforce Management, Human Resources, Client Services, Compliance, Strategic Partnerships, and Customer Care to identify and resolve agent issues.Key Responsibilities• Educate and recommend coverages based upon individual customers’ needs about Allstate’s suite of insurance products.
• Provide professional service to customers and business partners that build customer satisfaction, loyalty, and a superior customer experience.
• Monitor sales metrics and achieve monthly sales targets and outcomes
• Implement and adhere to established underwriting guidelines and practices to establish, build and maintain a profitable book of business
• Establish and grow the target customer base through Allstate sales ‘best practices’, processes and professional customer relationship building practices
• Comply with quality targets as established by the organization
• Create, implement, and review effective business plans, prospecting, and marketing initiatives to generate leads and achieve defined business results
Education• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties.
