We are currently recruiting for an Allocator to provide administration support at our Penrose office.

You will work as part of Auckland Facilities Services team allocating jobs to technicians and monitoring open job logs to completion, with some invoicing & administrative support.

About the Role:

Allocate reactive and project works to Auckland based service technicians.

Daily monitoring of outstanding jobs.

Monitor to completion to ensure response time KPI are achieved.

Liaising with the broader administration team to ensure technicians have the required training, certifications, PPE, and tools of the trade and have completed all induction activities.

Assisting with invoice queries and outstanding work in progress.

Providing general administration support as required.

About You:

A minimum of five years’ administration experience, ideally within a Trades or FM/Property environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines & to Prioritise Workload.

Team player.

Excellent communication skills.

Administration & Customer Service Skills

Working knowledge of JDE or a similar financial package is desirable.

MS Office – word and excel.
