Develop and execute brand annual strategies and marketing plans to drive market share and strengthen brand image.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and clinical needs to identify marketing opportunities and strategy directions.Plan and implement promotional activities, KOL engagement, medical education initiatives, and digital marketing campaigns.Alliance Management (Diabetes Products)
Co-develop and implement strategic business initiatives with external partners to maximize synergies.Maintain effective communication and resource integration with strategic alliance partners.Participate in contract reviews, project progress tracking, result reporting, and stakeholder management.Product Lifecycle Management
Plan end-to-end product lifecycle strategies, from launch and growth, through maturity to Loss of Exclusivity (LOE) stage, including patent expiry management and generic competition response.Lead lifecycle management initiatives such as new indications, brand share enhancements, and diversified digital promotion campaigns.Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, and internal cross-function teams to ensure product compliance and continuous supply.Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldsRequired Experience and Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with expertise in brand marketing, product management, or alliance management.Solid knowledge of the hospital/OR environment or anesthesia product or diabetes product or self-pay marketing is a plus.Fluent in English, with strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Demonstrated hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, especially LOE (Loss of Exclusivity) planning and execution.Strong data analysis, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.Proactive, resilient, and adept at cross-functional teamwork and leadership.Current Employees apply HERE
