Alliance Manager - Connectors

This is a key and highly visible role at Equifax, essential to the success of our US Information Solutions (USIS) business strategy. Equifax has partnered with 300+ technology providers that support several industries including Mortgage, Auto, Financial Services (FIs), and Alternative Finance (AltFi). These technology providers are commonly referred to as “Connectors” and often have loan origination systems (LOS) that have our solutions integrated – making it easier for Equifax customers to consume data. In most cases, the industries listed above will use these technologies to originate, underwrite, and/or fund a loan.

As the Alliance Manager - Connectors, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with these large, complex partners, understanding their business objectives and their customers' needs, and then collaborating to create valuable solutions that drive mutual growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who excels at building and strengthening strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

Forge new partnerships: Identify and assess potential Connectors to expand Equifax’s reach across various industriesStrengthen existing alliances: Deepen and elevate relationships with our current Connectors, working with stakeholders and senior executivesDevelop joint business plans: Create and execute strategies with Connectors to achieve shared goals and revenue targetsCraft deals: Structure and negotiate Connector contracts that deliver enabled revenue growth based on a clear understanding of our value proposition and the partner's business modelAct as a partner advocate: Serve as a primary point of contact for your Connectors, advocating for their needs while maintaining a holistic view of the overall relationshipCollaborate cross-functionally: Work with teams like Sales, Product, Data & Analytics, and Technology to pursue new opportunities and enhance existing integrationsInfluence our product roadmap: Gather partner insights on market trends and provide feedback to help inform Equifax's product strategyDrive revenue growth: Increase enabled revenue with your partners by expanding the use of the full Equifax solution portfolioAssist with marketing efforts: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and participate in programs that drive product usage for the direct sales teams such as “Lunch and Learns”Travel: up to 30%

What We're Looking For

7-10 years of experience in a client-facing strategic sales or partnership/alliance sales roleExperience working at or selling into Connectors in the financial services industryStrong background in selling data and insights-driven solutions to technology companiesProven ability to grow new business and deliver revenue growth, either in a direct sales or alliance management roleExperience presenting to and influencing senior executivesDeep understanding of the Data as a Service (DaaS) marketBachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Masters degree or other advanced degree Knowledge of credit use cases, industry regulations, and compliance standardsExperience negotiating complex partnership deals that deliver maximum value for both sidesThe ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional teamSelf-starter nature with strong business acumen who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $129,830.00 to $154,500.00. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
