As the primary point of contact for this major account, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. **A typical day may involve:** + Develop and execute an Account Business Plan to drive growth. + Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to enhance the client’s business. + Manage enterprise-wide client relationships at senior levels. + Oversee P&L management and ensure the financial health of the account. + Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations. + Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for value creation. + Act as the single point of contact for senior client communications. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. + Manage issue escalation and resolution to maintain client satisfaction. + Direct the account leadership team and foster a culture of excellence. + Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential. + Ensure alignment between account teams and organizational goals. **Requirements:** + 10+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client relations. + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred. + Proven track record of managing P&L and driving profitable growth. + Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities. + Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans. **What’s in it for you?** + Opportunity to work with a global leader in the real estate industry. + Chance to develop and execute strategies that drive commercial success. + Collaborative and dynamic work environment. + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Professional growth and development opportunities.
