Manages the sell-with segment as well as the sell-to segment relationship. Manages a team of BDEs and Program Managers. In charge of the partnership agreement and the achievement of our commitments against all elements that are part of the agreement Led partner programs or been in alliance led roles Match of alliance and Drive partnerships with technology partners Partner/alliance marketing Work with partners, GTM with set of offerings, work with partners, leadership role – lead partner for all of Asia Manage partners. Develop joint GTM with partners. Working with any cloud providers: Google, MS, AWS to go to market before. Led alliance or done partner marketing global/regionally. Based in SG and support ASEAN. Responsible for working with worldwide alliance leaders - manage all alliance with Google, AWS etc. Build partnerships with tech providers and construct convos with customers. Convo and joint with partners will take to market. (Eg. can be around customer experience) Good in working the matrix, : internal , Kyndryl , global leadership teams and partners as well. Forge good R/S with people /forge people to people connection, eg. with Dell, Amazon, Microsoft No need to develop relationship from scratch just need to execute and take it to country Work with hyperscale's that we have formed over the years with google, Microsoft etc so when we GTM there is a big win for us. Invest for joint marketing to target accounts so it interest the users We need a manager focusing on alliance and partnerships Understand who those accounts are and work on finding out who the key stakeholders are, run targeted campaign talk about where these platforms the CEO visits or have access to. Eg. Target account is Amex, eg. Every time decision maker goes to physical event somewhere they will always see info about Kyndryl or if have success in another account when Amex team look to solve tech prob they will have Kyndryl on top of their mind we will get to be invited for RFPs etc. Someone work really close with sales or marketing teams in google or Microsoft for eg - hold big event in (SG). Work with RFP - will work jointly to present stuffs.
