We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to grow our Media Team in Poland.

Our Allegro Media Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to join our Media team and work on some of the biggest media budgets in Poland, building a legacy for our brands and organization. Our ambition is to bring media even closer to our consumers to maximize return and allow us to innovate in real time.  

This role is based in our Warsaw HQ (ul. Zabraniecka 20).

As Allegro Media Specialist, you will:

Plan, execute, and optimize Allegro Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Ads, Showcase Ads, Display Ads, and external campaigns.Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and implement data-driven optimizations.Conduct keyword research, optimize product listings, and improve ad relevance.Run bidding strategies and budgets to maximize ROI.Perform A/B testing to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives.Stay up to date with Allegro Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

Proven experience in running Allegro Ads campaigns (this is a must).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Hands-on experience with PPC advertising and e-commerce marketing.Familiarity with Allegro’s marketplace and its advertising tools.Proficiency in Excel.Ability to work independently and proactively optimize performance.Experience with Amazon Ads is a strong advantage.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
