Duties & Responsibilities:
Produce mature analytical assessments pertaining to adversarial targeting of customer’s full-spectrum GEOINT capability, sensors and phenomenologies, Source/Analysis/International.Research, review, edit, plan, prepare, and integrate all-source information from intelligence and open sources to produce complex counterintelligence assessments focused on threats to the customer and its partners within the National System of GEOINT (NSG).Produce foundational intelligence and generate organic analytic content in written form on foreign intelligence entity networks in order to identify and warn of intelligence, terrorism, and espionage threats to the customer and the NSG.Collaborate with various access-controlled programs to represent the full force and breadth of the customers’ capabilities and assets against sensitive threats.Use analytical methodologies to identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting the customers’ equities.Apply understanding of foreign intelligence entities for research and production of CI estimates.Utilize GEOINT methodologies to support CI investigations, inquiries, and collection activities.Develop CI studies, plans, network charts, plans, briefings, and assessments for a variety of customers in accordance with IC analytic tradecraft standards.Identify trends within assigned subject matter and provide analytic assessments/briefings to decision makers, collectors, CI officers and propose new or revised analytical projects to alert decision-makers to new developments.Identify and describe adversarial threat, capability, and intent as they pertain to the customers and industry partner vulnerabilities.Assist in drafting collection requirements to satisfy key intelligence questions and integrate collected information into analytic assessments to inform the customers decision-makers of foreign threats to their mission.Collaborate with other IC entities to create joint products.All-source analysis of worldwide threats/countries/issues affecting the customers and the NSG.Skills and Experience:
Required:
5+ years relevant experienceHave Military Occupational Specialty of 35, 35F, 35X (Army) -- 0202, 0205, 0231, 0291 (USMC) -- 1N0X1, 1N4X1, 14NX (Air Force) -- IS with all-source focus (Navy & Coast Guard) OR GS-0132 job code with all-source analytic training (PACE, DISAP, CDASA, or equivalent)Be Proficient with DataXplorer, Proton, Voltron, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, FADE, MIST, and other intelligence and network analysis tools.Be Comfortable navigating and assimilating information from OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT databases and presenting a cogent intelligence picture.Work independently to create accurately written, complex products tailored to a specific audience in an easily understandable manner.Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner.Apply decision making techniques in complex situations to include anticipating and recognizing best practices and choosing options to maximize benefits to the office, directorate, or Agency.Anticipate mission needs and provide timely and relevant intelligence in support of the customers’ senior executive decision-making.Have experience in counterintelligence analysis or familiarity with DoD counterintelligence policy, plans, and operations with understanding how to inject all-source analysis.Provide Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaboration with external partners and IC analysts.Desired:
8+ years of experience preferred (a degree in a relevant field may be counted 4 years’ experience).Joint Duty Assignment such as J2, Joint-Intelligence Operations Centers, COCOMs, IC-billets.Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal CI elements.Counterterrorism Analysis Course, DIA/JMITC or equivalent trainingIdentity Intelligence Analytical Applications (I2A2) Course or equivalent trainingFundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course, DIA/JMITC or equivalent trainingLocation: Customer Site
Clearance: Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly
