As an All Day Dining Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist in directing and administering the daily operations of the all-day dining outlet in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supervise, guide, and schedule team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant
Assign daily tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are informed and trained accordingly
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support individual development
Assist with guest inquiries, handle complaints efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety standards, including food safety and alcohol regulations
Maintain high standards of food quality, service delivery, and cleanliness in the restaurant
Monitor guest feedback, service trends, and satisfaction scores to identify and implement improvements
Assist in inventory checks and stock control processes
Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a consistent guest experience
Lead by example, maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Previous food & beverage or restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to respond to various work situations and guest needs
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Hospitality-related qualifications or certifications
Experience with restaurant point-of-sale systems and inventory software
Previous experience in all-day dining or high-volume restaurant operations
