We are looking to expand our development team responsible for designing and implementing algorithms for Advanced Driver-Assistance systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) systems.

The team focuses on radar based assistance systems like blind spot monitoring, lane change warning, cross traffic alert, clear exit detection, and some more.

Your Role:

Development and implementation in C/C++ of active safety functions for mass production

Establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the product development life cycle to meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Analyze technical issues related to the given sensing function

Support decision making regarding system architecture, design, integration, and testing, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

Unit tests development

Root cause identification and resolution of software issues detected on higher levels of verification

Cooperate with other teams to ensure robustness across developed platform

Work in cross functional and agile team environmen

Your Background:

MSC degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Control Automation and Robotics, Physic or similar

Distinct team player and communication abilities, commitment, high degree of flexibility, and personal initiative

Fluent use of spoken and written English

3+ years of programming experience in C

3+ years of programming experience in C++

3+ years of using software control management system (Git, etc.)

Basic programming skills in Matlab or Python

Experience working in an agile development environment (SCRUM)

Understanding of product and SW development process

Experience in Polarion / Jira

Experience in ASPICE / ISO26262

Ability to support occasional test drives and assessment of feature function performance in real world application to determine the "Key Performance Indicator" (KPI-Value)
