The Launch and Missile Defense Systems division within Northrop Grumman Space Systems sector is seeking an Associate Algorithm Developer Engineer / Algorithm Developer Engineer (Systems Engineer). Position Overview:
As an Associate Algorithm Developer Engineer/ Algorithm Developer Engineer on the Advanced Programs Team, you will be responsible for algorithm defect tracking and resolution, and tool and prototype development using C/C++. You will be responsible for developing, analyzing, testing, and implementing extendable / reusable algorithms to improve state estimation and backend processes. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing documentation to supply tracking algorithms including observation models, propagation models, and filters / smoothers.
