The Alfa Romeo Area Sales and Aftersales Manager is a dealer operations position working with a group of Alfa Romeo dealerships located in Western states. The Alfa Romeo Sales and Aftersales Area Manager is responsible for developing and implementing premium customer sales and service processes, maximizing Alfa Romeo production, retail sales and share performance, revenue and achieving established targets. This role will serve as a liaison between the Alfa Romeo dealers and Alfa Romeo brand to assist in all areas of customer experience and retail development.
Additional responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing individual dealer warranty and parts purchasing behaviors, dealer financial performance and consulting with dealers to improve their customer experience processes and retail business. The position will require a self-motivated individual who thrives within a continuously changing environment. Extensive daily travel will be expected to effectively cover the geography assigned to the candidate. Activities will include consultation with dealership management on market opportunities, in-dealership training of personnel on Alfa Romeo product and coordination of grassroots events aimed at increasing awareness of the Alfa Romeo brand.
The candidate can live in Seattle, Portland, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Albuquerque, or the state of California.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Marketing, Business, or related field of study 5+ years of sales, service, or marketing experience Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:
