Responsibilities: * Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of software solutions for company systems * Involved in the complete software configuration life cycle * Ensures that software meets quality standards * Contributes to creating an iconic customer experience * Maintains and supports the applications and technologies used by the configuration team, configure software capabilities with high quality standards and leverages existing software, patterns and best practices * Provides system support, troubleshoot system issues and effectively assess support problems and respond with the appropriate level of urgency
