What Your Day May Look Like

Ensure that alarm Management Analysts are delivering high quality profucts to customers.Guide investigations and incident response.Liaise with partner teams to drive resolution to alarm events.Develop and mentor Analysts through coaching and feedback.Receive pass-down information from other shifts, and conduct shift briefings to provide updates, assignments, training, and compliance.Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.Associate degree or equivalent experience in the security industry.At least 3 years management/supervisory experience required.At least 3 years experience working with a physical access control system (PACS) such as Lenel.Bachelor degree or 6 years or security industry experience, including professional certifications a plus!Comfortable in high-tech work environment, and constant learning of new tools and innovations. Strong customer service skills required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
